We are four students at Harold Washington College, Chicago, Illinois. We are asking for your voluntary participation in our Social Psychology assignment/project. We hypothesize that a correlation exists between attitudes about gender and implicit associations about race. The primary purpose of this project is to help students understand how data is collected and presented, as well as the many items to consider when conducting a study (e.g., number of subjects and comparisons between groups, including subjects’ ages, culture, and gender). In order to participate, please take the two assessments linked below, and fill your results in the appropriately labelled spaces at the bottom of this page. Then, please fill out the requested personal information (age, sex, and race/ethnicity). No personally identifying information beyond the fields below will be stored. If you have any questions about this study, feel free to contact us at hwsocpsych11@gmail.com Participation in this study is completely voluntary. Subjects must be at least 18 years old. If you decide not to participate there will not be any negative consequences. Please be aware that if you decide to participate, you may stop participating at any time and you may decide not to answer any specific question.
